Excellent Service
Battery Centre Little Falls - amazing service! My partner went there as he believed his BMW GS battery needed replacing. The gentleman tested his battery and confirmed his battery was fine. He asked what was owed for testing battery and was told nothing, as this is part of the service. Well done Little Falls, we will definitely be coming to you for any battery requirements for both our cars and 2 motorbikes, not to mention sharing our experience with everyone we know!

Excellent Service
Battery Centre Little Falls - amazing service! My partner went there as he believed his BMW GS battery needed replacing. The gentleman tested his battery and confirmed his battery was fine. He asked what was owed for testing battery and was told nothing, as this is part of the service. Poor service
I'm very disappointed on treatment I got with this firm. My AGN battery died just when it reaches 2 years and it comes on 3 years guarantee but the shop in Midrand refused to attend to the matter. I've been at the shop on multiple occasions without positive response instead I always told the manager'Pumba is not available and promised to be called when he comes back to date. I tried reaching the head office, and I was referred to go back to the shop again. At this point I really don't know what to do anymore as being taken from pillar to post wouldn't work, as it's time which comes on expense for me. I will have to lodge the matter at consumer council for professional intervention. I can't be driving a car that feels like a normal, whilst there's its spec that supposed to be in operational hence this battery faulty that couldn't sustain the start and go function longer, no ways. The store manager is really taking advantage of me

Poor service delivery
1st time in my life seeing the bad service from the battery center in Zeerust after buying a battery that is not good ,I when to the store to replace the battery and they send the battery to the maintenance to check and they got the results that they said the battery it's not charging. First Battery centre vereeniging
First battery centre Vereeniging Service when buying the battery was very good . Fast forward i had a problem with the battery losing charge , i then took it in they charged it then gave it nack and said everything is fine it could be my car. I used it again same thing then took out my wifes battery from her car and used for 2 month without anny problem then went back and explained it to them they charged it again and said the battery was fine. I then refused to take it and ask iif they could replace it as it was still under warranty to which they responded it will have to be taken for testing and i would have to wait 2weeks to which i came back afterwards and the battery was not there and they said i should come back the next week. The next week i came back they said it was rejected because of the battery terminals and do not have a full report to show me i should come back the following week to collect the battery and so i did the following week they said the battery has not arrived and i should come again the following week they will follow up and call me but it should be back . I went back again today and the battery still has not arrived and the guy helping me today says that if he does not call me i should not come not considering that my car has now been standing the whole time. Not sure if it is just my experience but it is not pleasant at all

Competent, friendly and well priced
First Battery Centre Wanderers. Competent, friendly and competitive pricing. Sifiso was so helpful. He fitted a new AGM 105Amp battery to my car, registered it to my car system within a few minutes. All works perfectly and almost 38% cheaper than OEM. Raylite Battery fitted with a 3 year's guarantee. No hesitation in recommending him.

Friendly and professional service
Went to the centre today (was there about 3 weeks back as well) just to have my battery tested. The gentlemen were friendly, professional and efficient. They even gave me advice without me buying anything. in some places if you are not buying anything etc they tend to show little interest in any queries you might have. I need to say at this point that I have on previous occasions had similar great service from the First Battery Centre in Polokwane, Nivarna Thank you guys...

I don’t know if his ****** but I got a bad! Bad! Treatment at Battery Centre in Nigel.. That white guy who works at the counter said to me “**** YOU” a whole customer😡😡!! At no point gI use such words in my life to someone.. I bought a battery there it’s giving me problem every morning when I suppose to start and go to work.. his telling me that I should go **** myself.. I should talk to his 🤚 hand… ?! I mean is that how you guys treat your customers?? That guy is rude and disrespectful and so arrogant.. his white has gray hair I was so ****ed at him cursing me I didn’t even ask for his name..

Horrible brand and service
Horrible brand with not are for customers, 6 months later my complaint is not fixed, the battery is at their shop, I am still not refunded. Not even a single call from them.
