Very bad disappointed unprofessional and unfriendly service

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the VERY BAD SERVICE I received from BATTERY CENTRE KUILSRIVIER IN CAPE TOWN. I was at BATTERY CENTRE KUILSRIVIER on the 25 October 2025 to buy a NEW BATTERY FOR MY TOYOTA TAZZ. When I came home and installed the NEW BATTERY I bought from BATTERY CENTRE KUILSRIVIER my car car did not want to start. Not even the lights of my car went on. THERE WAS NO POWER EVERTHING WAS DEAD. Then I thought to myself maybe there was something else that could be wrong and i contacted my mechanic to come have a check to see what is wrong and why my car did not want to start and why everything was dead on my car. The mechanic then did test the battery to see how much power it has on it and he saw that there was no power on the battery the battery was dead. We phone BATTERY CENTRE KUILSRIVIER where i bought the NEW BATTERY from and the sales people there said to me that, that is not their problem why the battery does not have any power on it and that they are about to close their store and they cannot assist me. Then my mechanic checked the battery and we saw that the battery was and old battery and not a new one, because the code and date on the battery was scratch out and a new code and date was written on it. So the battery that was sold to me by BATTERY CENTRE KUILSRIVIER was not a new battery it was and old and already used battery with no power on it. And now i sit in a predicament because of BATTERY CENTRE KUILSRIVER I cannot use my kar for this whole weekend. I will also loose a whole days wages on Monday because I will not be able to go to work because they sold to me a OLD SECOND-HAND BATTERY with no power on it. I am disgusted and very disappointed in the way I was treated by the UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNFRIENDLY STAFF of BATTERY CENTRE KUILSRIVIER. I FEEL ****MED BY BATTERY CENTRE KUILSRIVIER IN CAPE TOWN.
