UPS Battery Order confirmation delay

Requested a quote from Battery Centre, initially at Cresta branch; no joy. Then requested one from Xavier branch, and eventually got a response. Approved the quote, made the payment last week Thursday/Friday, and sent proof of payment.

Have never received any correspondences of any kind since then. No response to my emails....

Sent a complain via the head office contact us form.....no response there either!
