unprofessional staff

Don't buy from Battery Centre in Lambton as they don't want to replace a faulty battery that is still under warranty. You are spoken to in a very demeaning & rude manner, they try to come up with all kinds of excuses not to replace the battery. When I said to the manager, and elderly gentleman, maybe he should send his staff for communication skills training, one of the staff members by the name of Llewellyn, got so mad and came out of the office and wanted to physically attack me. Other staff members and the manager had to hold him back. I'm appalled by this behavior and this absolute unprofessionalism from Battery Centre. I will never ever support them again. I want this matter dealt with urgently
