Well I went to Battery Center Richards Bay to install a battery, I was told that the same and correct battery was installed in my vehicle. When I inspected I saw the battery is half the physical size and 10 Ah less.... I refused to take the battery as the battery did not even correctly fit. They tried to just shove any junk into my vehicle to make the sale. A battery that only caries a guarantee with that branch. <br> <br> Anyway they then ordered the correct battery and I thought things will go smooth, how very wrong I was. <br> The lady called \Susan\" then started personally insulting me for saying that originally I did not get the battery they said they installed. She was very aggressive and confrontational towards me (after paying for the battery of course). <br> <br> Never in my life will I ever support any Battery Center or advise any person to support such a ******* and ********* business. "
