Do not buy batteries from Battery Center Nelspruit if you are a Woman!

I bought a battery from them on the 30th of November 2021. 4 days later I returned it as the acid was leaking out of the battery. They actually still sell those old batteries. 24hr later I had the same problem.

I returned to them. The 2 men were extremely rude. The younger man especially. They argued that something was wrong with my vehicle. Yet each time I was unable to bring my vehicle as the battery would not even charge so I had to get a lift to them.

Finally on the 3rd attempt I asked for a sealed battery. I would pay any difference but obviously the old style battery was not working in my vehicle.

They sc****d the battery I bought less than 24hra later. Gave me R300 when I paid R950 the day before. So they sold me a piece of *******. Probably an old battery someone else returned.

I bought a new battery for over R1000.

They refused to let me pay the difference. I had to buy a whole new battery. I got a sealed one this time and imagine that... No problems so there was Nothing wrong with my vehicle.

The owner Gavin will not even assist.

If you are a woman, do not shop at battery center. They are theives. I had to buy 2 batteries in one month for my vehicle!
