T/A Umjitha Batteries - DISGUSTING SERVICE

I bought a battery for my Fiance's car ( an Opel Corsa Lite ) on 3/10/2015. on 08/01/2016, the car puttered out at a very busy traffic robot. On further testing, I found the battery to not only not be charging, but not accepting new charge. On taking the battery back to battery centre, and after it was tested I was told the battery was flat and needed recharging, and due to the fact my Fiance's car had been standing for two weeks that was the issue. I was further told that if your car stands for longer than three days, you will have a problem. How ridiculous and complete and utter *******!!! do they really think everybody that leaves their car at the airport, for example, for a week-long trip are disconnecting their batteries????? I know myself having travelled extensively and never once had to disconnect a battery. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE they were not at all interested in my problem or in replacing the battery, the woman behind the counter just argued about her lengthy experience in the industry etc etc etc. Their warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. Will NEVER frequent battery centre again.
