Rip-off!

I paid R2000 for a deep cycle battery. The battery is called safe start. I took it back twice because it was a ******* battery and it was not holding its charge. The owner told me that they do not need to exchange it as per the law. The second time I went there I was told that they would replace my new battery with a secondhand one. The guy who helped me just walked away and I never saw him again. Another guy then helped me. He gave me another battery with not even a sticker on it. I took the battery home only to find that it was even worse than the first one. I have to warn potential clients to be careful when buying from these dealers. I don't want you to experience the same problem.
