Refusal to process claim

I bought truck batteries in kemptonpark. And I was told that I have warranty of 12 months, I should keep slip and return the batteries to any battery center nationwide. Today batteries are not working, mr Derrick Hamilton refused our claim, because he says there are traces of high voltage on the batteries.

I would not recommend this company to anyone in this world.
