****** UNHELPING BUSINESS

i am very disappointed in the level of service i received from Battery Center, and if you are in the business of ****** then you should let me know i as am posting this on Hello Peter for everyone to see. on the 19th June 2020, i took my battery to your Kuilsriver branch to have an overnight charge and i went to collect it today 22nd June 2020. when i arrived i was told that it had not fully charged and i required the use of the battery i ask to speak to the manager Arno and when he arrived i ask if there was anyway that i could use the battery and if it doesnt work just bring it back to have them charge it completely as i was in need of the vehicle, he was rude and unhelpful and i think if i was a WHITE MAN i would of atleast assisted me. i ask the owner what overnight meant and he was so sarcastic, asked him if they would have called to inform me that my battery was not yet charged. it was not about the R30 but these business are taking advantage and because i am a person of color and he is white he never gave me the treatment he would have given a WHITE man. they then after i PAID for my battery just placed it outside and left. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BATTERY CENTER AS YOU
