Poor service and untrained staff members

<p>I needed new battery for my car it refused to start. I called Atlas battery centre in lawn street. Spoke to Lindiwe. ''hi how much is a Willard battery''? she then responded R1000. I asked her 3 times are you sure. she said yes. I informed her I will coming in shortly. I had to take time of work, plus ask one of my colleagues to take me there. I arrived there 30 minutes later. to find out it was the wrong price I was told. they further accused me of lying. The manager found humour in my price, laughed at me. Lindiwe gave me attitude like, I had done something wrong. Then apologises half-heartedly with the same attitude. The Manager didn’t even assist me or even try to resolve my query. I am very frustrated regarding the level of customer service in that establishment.</p>
