Poor customer service

Battery Centre does not give a damn about after sales support.

1st of all they do not know their own warranty terms and conditions, and secondly they expect a customer to sit without a vehicle for 3 weeks while they try to find out what they wilkl cover and what not.

Extremely poor service, rather support alternative suppliers.
