Poor battery quality

I bought a power force battery at battery clinic in Nov 2020 and Jan2 022 it started giving problems. It has been just 1 year 2 months with it and its dead. Went for check at their westonarea branch and they boldly said it is dead and thats all. In just a year... their product is poor. Money wasting for nothing compared to other batteries that lasted me 4+ years
