PATHETIC

I bought a battery at Battery center on Saturday Morning, The car still gave me problems in starting, but we gave it a push start and it started. This was after jumpstarting the car, advise should have been given to me that i need to go check on the vehicle from a auto elec but wasn't. Same day when i got home i still had problems with starting the car. This morning i went there to get a refund and give the battery back to them and they refused to take it back and give my refund. I asked for my s**** and he said its gone to the refurb on Friday but i went there Saturday. I insisted on my s**** and they gave it to me but didn't want to do a refund.
