Not satisfied with client service

Contacted your call centre to enquire about deep cycle batteries sold in Battery Centers near Middelburg. Because neither Middelburg nor Witbank has any, I am advices by a representative of Battery Centre to go to website, use store locator and phone all the Centers near Middelburg to find out if they might have a deep cycle battery. The Battery already costs over R2000-00. Now you expect me to call every centre as well because you have a shortage of stock. Very poor PRO from your Reps.
