No response to complaints

I logged a complaint on Battery Centre's website twice on 14 Nov and 18 Nov 22. No reply. Content - "I drive a 2010 Toyota Prado V6 petrol. On 9 October 2021 my battery was replaced. Invoice number 05364. The battery that needed replacement was a 70ah battery. I have now been informed that the current battery in my car is a 60ah battery. Initially I had no problem with the battery as I drove the vehicle each day. Since June of this year I only needed to drive the vehicle once a week. The battery does not last 7 days. If I drive the vehicle on a Saturday and want to do the same the following Saturday the battery will not start the engine. I did not give instructions for the replacement of a 60ah battery. I required a battery with the same spec. I have since moved to Mosselbay. The battery centre in Mosselbay cannot claim the battery under warranty because the battery is not defective. The battery is however not suited for my vehicle. Can you pls assist? "
