Guarantee = No Guarantee

I returned a faulty battery to battery center in Postmasburg. The battery was a few months old and fails to charge. We had the vehicle checked out and it was operating perfectly, that leaves only the battery that must be at fault.

When we returned the battery, we were told it would have to be send away to be checked. We were not offered a loan battery; the dealership is more than happy to have an expensive car parked while they check the battery.

Today we checked in, the battery only left the premises yesterday (a week after we dropped it off) The dealership was very unsympathetic and basically shrugged it off.

I cannot believe a business is allowed to operate like this.
