Faulty battery

I bought a battery around April. Battery not working the First Battery Manager at the Glen is very insensitive and I regret giving them my business. He tells the battery is flat. He charged it and says I need to take the same faulty battery. DO NOT BUY FROM FIRST BATTERY CENTRE THE GLEN I once bought a battery at Midrand and they gladly exchanged it when it had a problem. That Manager is so rude and I will never buy a battery from any of your outlets period.
