Failed Battery

I purchased a brand new battery from battery centre vanderbijlpark on 22/01/2015 and this previous saturday in valhalla pretoria at a filling station the battery just died. i had to make a plan to get a new battery in order to get back home which cost me R955 after the new 1 cost me R900 already. i did not have enough money to keep the old battery aswell(R171). i would like to request that they pick up the battery from the said place and return it to vanderbijlpark branch as i feel buying the best technology and having it fail, battery centre will benefit from doing an investigation as to why the product failed. and the cost involved from my side was almost R2000 in less than 2 weeks. please feel free to contact me to explain exactly where the place is.
