Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, no customer service....

I bought a battery in Nov 2023 from the Blackheath branch. It was an emergency situation. I didn't know that my car uses an AGM battery of which when I called for a battery offsite fitment they didn't bother to ask or tell me the kind of battery I should buy for my car. Fast forward, Dec 2024 the battery was dying with 1 dead cell. In Jan 2025 I took in the battery to get charged, and 4hrs later upon a friend calling to check how far the battery is, they told him that it does not charge. So I called to ask why was I not informed within an hour that the battery is not charging, the manager/owner was sooooo sooooo rude. He just said someone called to check and they told him. I asked him why did they not inform me within an hr that the battery is not charging, he just dismissed me, no apology, nothing. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service from the gentleman. The technicians were friendly and helpful I can give you that so much that the 1 who initially assisted me in 2023 still remembered me, that was impressive but also a bit questionable in that how many people go there for their service that he remembered me? The technician even remembered where he came to help me......I will NEVER, EVER use Battery Center Blackheath, no matter the situation. I will find another shop.
