I recently took my car battery to Battery Centre Starwood, Phoenix Branch, , Durban and requested that it be recharged. A fairly young man tried to help and did some kind of test and informed me that the battery is not rechargeable. He further concocted a story that made absolutely no sense. The battery in question was bought less than a year so I didn't accept his ******* and went to another centre and NOT another Battery Centre. The battery was charged and works perfectly. I started the car again this morning almost 2 weeks later after the recharge and it works perfectly.

Seems like these guys at Battery Centre and trained to misinform customers so that they may sell a battery. This is plain theft no less that the common pickpockets on our streets.

Don't be ****med. My advice is not to support these ********.
