COMPLAINT

i bought a new battery on 26th November 2018 with a two year, 24 month warranty. The battery failed during lock down. I took the battery to Battery Centre Silver Lakes on 25th May 2020 and they advised me that the battery had a dead cell. They replaced the battery but do not give a two year warranty on the replaced battery. They only "carry over" the existing warranty, is this correct or a normal procedure??
