BIGGEST ******

I bought a battery from Battery Centre bluff in Durban 21 April 2020 the battery was Excess Power battery. It worked until about 3 weeks ago where I had to kick start my car. Took it back to them they refused to change it saying it's now a 2nd hand battery yet there is an 18month warranty. I then find out this branch is actually AUDIO INFINITY who operate under the Battery Center banner and I now been told I bought from AUDIO Infinity not battery centre. I went to a battery centre outlet was served by staff in battery centre uniform.

I am disappointed and totally disgusted with my whole experience. They have put a 2nd hand battery which works perfectly fine in my car while they test the piece of **** they sold me and as expected they say the battery came back from the manufacturer with no faults.

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM BATTERY CENTRE
