Battery warranty
Car wouldn't start. Stopped at battery Centre Blackheath. They have found a crack on the casing. They cannot replace the boss will not accept. They want me to go back to Selby where I bought the battery. Why have branches if they cannot help!!!??

We have taken your battery to our warranty claims department, we have found that the battery was damaged out of warranty terms and conditions therefore cannot be replaced. The damage of the battery displays external abuse.
We can replace your battery under warranty at any of our Battery Centres in the country. If the battery will be rejected by the warranty, the customer would have to purchase a new one.
I am glad that you have a new battery with a new warranty. Please feel free to come into any Battery Centre for a free battery service and check whenever you feel the need.
I am sure you will running smoothly with your new battery.
