Battery Centre - worse every time

Hi Robin <br> Thank you for posting proof of my complaint. I am still flabbergasted as to why Battery Centre is not taking this more seriously. You admit that Battery Centre Newlands put in the incorrect battery. My wife drives double the needed distance to charge the battery every day (This is Johannesburg after all). Secondly, Battery Center Newlands didnt give me an option for batteries. I simply re**** on Battery Centre to be professional and put in the correct battery, which you admit they didnt. Lastly, I sure as anything would pay a measly R200.00 more to put in the correct part for my wifes car. All you had to do was give me the option, or if they didnt have one in stock, direct me to the nearest shop that does. <br> <br> Perhaps they were greedy and wanted a quick sale, at my expense and my wifes safety? <br> <br> My view is simple, you should take responsibility for putting in the incorrect battery in my wifes car. Your lack of willingness to do so so far, speaks volumes for the integrity of Battery Centre.<br> <br> I await your response
