Battery Centre Vanderbijlpark is the worse.

I bought a battery at battery centre vanderbijlpark on the 18-01-2023. Last night my bakkie didnt want to start due to the battery and i took the battery in this morning to battery centre to get tested as the warranty is still valid. I explained to the technical personal that for the last week the battery started to give problems and that i also had the battery on charge and it didnt help. They tested the battery with a multi meter and told me that the voltage is 10,5V and need a charge. i asked them to test the battery with the big tester to check amps and they refused. i told them that this battery needs to be replaced ASAP as the bakkie cant stand as the bakkie are being used for armed response. they just pulled their shoulders up. i told them im going to take the battery to dixon batteries to be tested. i went to dixon batteries and their result was that the battery is fualty and must be replaced. i bought a new battery from dixon batteries. i will never go back to battery centre and will never advise any person to go to battery centre. they are unhelpful and they dont know what they are doing. i have a fleet of vehichles and i will do bussiness with dixon batteries in future.
