Battery Centre Tokai *****ulent sales

I recently bought a very expensive battery from the centre in Tokai , just over a month ago. Got to my vehicle on Tuesday night and car was as dead as a door nail. The vehicle had to be towed to my dealership. After much wait , diagnostics finally completed which cost is R1200 and then still had to use my Road side assistance for this which has really inconvenience me from my day to day travelling. The battery sold for over R5500 is defective. Now this is *****ulent and tried to reach out to their head office and no response to date . Literally this is unacceptable and has inconvenience me beyond compare. They need to compensate me for all this inconvenience and I mean the batter is less than a month old since purchase.
