Battery Centre, Plumbstead is tops ! Willard sucks

The Plumbstead branch, here in southern peninsula, Cape Town, is an AWESOME, service provider !

I had problem with a Willard cranking battery, merely 18 months old and already vrek. Took it to the original retailer, who promptly sent it back to Willard for Check & Charge. They returned saying Nothing wrong, get your 45-year old car to auto-electrician!

Chris is an amazingly knowledgeable, proficient and friendly technician, simply doing a thorough battery test, opening it up, (Willard obviously NEVER did...) to clearly show me one cell is shot.

Save yourselves ALL battery hassles with these two simple guidelines:

1). Only ever go to Battery Centre. 2). Don''t buy a "chips"battery !

Thanks for this AWESOME service., it instills the sadly lacking loss of consumer orientation of FAR too many pathetic customer-based service providers we are left with here in our struggling nation.
