Battery Centre Phoenix - Poor Service Delivery on Warranty

Poor service from Battery Centre Phoenix. I purchased a battery for my car on 19/10/2018 from the above mentioned business. When I bought the battery I was told that it carried a 24 month warranty. On the receipt that was given to me on the day, the only warranty information that is stated is 24 months. This morning I had an issue when trying to start my car and had to call roadside assistance for a jump start. I made my way to the above mentioned business and waited for them to open. The staff members checked the battery and said that it needs to be replaced as it only had 28% life. I told them that the battery was under warranty and showed them my receipt. They said that the battery was only covered for 12 months. This was not told to me and nothing of that on the receipt. They called the manager of the business he also sang the same tune. I the called the owner named Ravi who said the warranty isn't 24 months and 12 months. I told him that the person who sold me the battery told me that the warranty was 24 months, he said it's his word against mine. He made me speak to the person that sold me the battery who was with him, he said he doesn't remember me but the warranty is 12 months. I left the business premises after the staff helped start the car. Had to purchase a new battery from another company which sold me a battery for a lesser price than Battery Centre Phoenix with a 25 month warranty. I would strongly suggest from my person experience NEVER to use Battery Centre Phoenix.
