Battery Centre East London

I am not satisfied with the service I received from the battery centre, East London. I bought a battery here in August 2017, it has a 2 year warranty. The battery gave me problems. I took it to them they told me it's flat and they can therefore not test it. They told me to take it to the battery clinic in order to charge it because they do not charge batteries. I had to pay at the battery clinic for that service. I took the battery back to them only for them to tell me that the battery is not fully charged and I need to pay for them to charge and test the battery see what is wrong. They cannot take the battery without the payment for charging. How is it that they sell me a faulty battery and I have to pay for them to assess what the problem is?
