Battery centre Benoni POOR POOR SERVICE

Purchases a battery there in April 2020.They put in a Raylite 652 with a 2 year warranty.April 2021 the battery had 2 dead cells.They replaced it with a 646.Beginning of May I realized that this battery is not strong enough for this diesel motor.I went to them on Friday 4 June and explained the situation.The manager behind the counter did not even bother to come and have a look and send one of his fitment guys.He was very rude and said why did we not tell them its a diesel motor.Hellooooo You fitted it could see.Then he said that the replacement battery does not carry a warrantee and I must purchase another new one if I want a 652.I refused and left them.Even ask to speak to the ownwer and was told ,sorry he is too busy to attand to me.I went to another supplier and bought a 652 for R1725 .Much better service.Battery centre Benoni I will make sure none of my friends,family or colleagues purchase from them
