Battery Center Wonderboom Worst service ever

I have a Raylite battery that i bought in Feb 2019 that one of the cells died. After looking online for the closest Raylite agent to me Battery Center Wonderboom name came up. Early Saturday morning i took the battery in , the assistant that opened the shop tested the battery for me and confirmed that a cell was dead but i had to wait for his manager as the manager handles the returns. After waiting for the manager he looked at the battery and said that the numbers on the battery is unclear and i need to take the battery to where i bought the battery that they can investigate. I told him that it is not my problem the numbers is not clear and that they as they agents need to check , advise and resolve the problem , after going backward and forward with a manager that has no idea of customer support he was adamant that this is not his problem i eventually asked him to remove his "nation wide Raylite support" poster as this is not true the poster should rather say et support where you bought it. I eventually took my battery and walked out. Don't buy batteries there and don't try to find support there is does not exist.

As a matter of intrest i drove to Battery centre Gezina directly after that the owner looked at the battery and said , this is still a new battery he ordered on of his staff to fetch me a new battery and within 5 minutes i was on my way. He advised me that they get customers daily complaining about the same story from the Battery Center in Wonderboom.

Well done battery centre Gezina excellent service.
