BATTERY CENTER GOODWOOD extremely bad service

I had a problem with my car it was starting intimmitently. I then went to battery center Goodwood and they told me I need to wait they have batteries on charge for under 400 I just need to bring my old battery. Upon arrival the next day on my way to work. The guy that helped me the previous day wasn't there. Never the less I waited and then was assisted by the manager. The gy changes the battery. Says its faulty and changed it around just to find out by a mechanic that they took me to that it's my starter. Upon realizing this the guy says at battery center I need a starter. Doesn't give my money back and leaves me with this second hand battery. I asked him why he didn't give my money that I paid him there at the time we found out it isn't the battery, the guy doesn't reply. The next day I felt my car not driving right so I open the bonnet and all the battery liquid is popping out of the holes in the battery. The guy get me by a random garage to replace the battery with my old one and gives my money back with a message. His manager says I should never enter into battery center on Goodwood again. Bear in mind that was the first time I was ever at battery center and was messed around by a guy called Gervorne. I honestly would never recommend battery center Goodwood to anyone.
