Battery Center Germiston refusing to Chang battery with recipient

I bought a new Raylite battery at battery Center Germiston on the 27/05/2024 when I found the battery has been leaking all over my car’s boot with battery Accide I took it back to them with the recipet and they play down refused to help me the lady behind the count is ****** and refuses to change the battery I bought this batter for 2400 now they still want me to pay for testing after the battery is not even 1 year old I will never spend a cent by this place again

I managed to get hold of the owner and he also has a bad attitude refusing to help me promising me he will call me back after 2 weeks of not getting feedback from him I have decided to post them here hopeimg to get feedback with there terrible driver
