Battery center Brackenfell some thing fishy

I went to battery center in Brackenfell today with 2 energizer inverter batteries to be tested. they told me that the batteries are both damaged and offered me R100 per battery. I then took the R200 but something did not feel right. There was no receipt or any paperwork? When I got home I phoned a other provider and they told me that they weigh the batteries and the price can even be R 500 per battery. I then phoned Brackenfell battery center to inform them that I will come and fetch the batteries and refund the R200. So this will be taken further from tomorrow. The phone number for this battery center is: ***. I just know that I have been conned so tomorrow 25 Feb 2025 I will take this matter further until I am satisfied and if I say satisfied I do mean it. I am a Trump supporter as well and believe that nonsense like this have to be addressed.
