Battery Center Bloemfontein Battery Replacement

I took my vehicle of, model Mercedes Benz, C200CDI, for an auxi****y battery replacement at First Battery Centre Bloemfontein on the 03rd May 2024. A technician removed and removed my battery. During fitment, I noticed sparks on the cables while held by the technician. Post-fitment, the vehicle could no longer start. I arranged for the vehicle to be towed to Mercedes-Benz for assessment. The Mercedes-Benz assessment reported stated that "No communication from the rear SAM" due to incorrect polarity of auxilary attery. In short, the technician burnt my vehicle system.

Attempts to get the battery center to come to my assistance bore no fruit; they refuced to take the part in my repairs for my vehicle. This includes transporting and repairing my vehicle at Mercedes-Benz.
