Barretry Centre - from bad to worse

Mr Mark Kriel responded to my complaint. Initially he was helpful, but then things went from bad to worse. He admitted that the Battery Center Newlands put the incorrect battery into my car. It was not the specified battery for my car. Then he said that despite the incorrect battery being placed in my car, that as the battery was out of warranty (a couple of months) that they will not look into this any further.<br> <br> Surely, a good company will take responsibility for an error made by themselves.<br> <br> Not Battery Center.<br> <br> You choose if you want to use them. Most certainly, do not use Battery Center Newlands.
