Bad service

Last week Tuesday I bought a brand new battery for my polo tsi, at battery centre in Kroonstad. After the battery was fitted and I left my airbag light came on I thought that it will go off after awhile. But it did not I told my partner he phoned them. Before I took the car back to battery centre I was advised by an employee at volkswagen where I service my car that the battery that they fitted in my car is not charging proper since it has to be programmed with the alternator and this battery is only gonna last me 3 weeks and with that all my lights etc etc is gonna come on. I went back to battery centre and told them this and what volkswagen said. Andre assured me that he will call JP the manager of the service department at volkswagen and sort this mess out up to today nothing has happened. I have a trip coming up and still these people does not fix the problem.
