BAD SERVICE

I bought a batter on the 23/12/2022 in Newton Park Port Elizabeth, then on the week of the 7 march 2023 it started giving me problems, sometimes I had to be pushed to start the car. On the 10th of March 2023 I went to Batter Centre Newton Park and I was told my battery is leaking and was sent to Battery Centre Nort End to get it fix and was blatantly told that my warranty will be void if they fix the leak then I ask why they don't replace the faulty battery, the guy went and fix the leak and returned my battery and installed and found out that my battery is flat/dead... then another guy (Tshawe) came to assist and told me to comeback the next day to Book my battery for charging and gave me Courtesy Battery which i must return on the 14 March 2023. No body cares about the fact that my BATTERY was under WARRANTY when i brought it back!!
