Bad customer Service

I bought a battery there in March and they said it has a two year warranty should anything happen I can change it to any nearby battery center. Within a month I got stuck with a car at night. Not once but 3 times. I went back to them and explained the challenge that I had they checked the battery and they said it need to be charged I must come back tomorrow to drop it and collect next day. I couldn't believe because the battery is new they said its because of the distance that I 'm driving is too short so it doesn't get enough time to charge. First time ever to hear that even though I don't have experience but I believe it was a lame excuse. They gave me same battery till today I'm still struggling to start the car especially if I didn't drive it for a day the battery it's dead. I paid a lot of money for that battery but they do not want to change it or give me new one.
