************ , not caring for the customers. I bought a battery from them last year December, with 2 year warranty in May this year it started giving me issues and noticed that battery was swollen. I was told to bring in the battery for inspection, which was not easy, they told me they don't have a battery to loan me. From time to time I will remind them, it took about month and weeks to get loan old battery from them. I waited for their call , as I was told they will call me. 3-4 weeks I reached out to them I'm told that they recycled the battery. And they are not keeping batteries longer as they do not have enough storage. What puzzles me, im now being told to buy a new one at cost price. They're ************, what happened with the warranty. I was never given a feedback on the battery I brought for inspection. Now I must pay again..
