Unsatisfactory treatment from the staff members

Hi last week I called Bata factory shop in 1MamchesterRoad Pinetown looking to order the school shoes ( Factory Seconds) the manager told me there were no sizes and they don't know when will they have them. A certain staff member from their office by the name of Anele promised to check the sizes I wanted on Friday until it was late without getting back to me. I drove down to Durban from Pretoria, when I got there only the big sizes were there. The manager said no stock, he doesn't know when will the stock come. Anele on the phone told me they receive stock every week. Then the other staff member said I must talk to the manager because I'm from far he may help me because the shoes are there the manager brought a box of size 4 & said that's all they had, but other staff members kept saying I must talk to him and wait for him he will make a plan until it was late then he told me that there's a stock that they ordered for another customer but they kept extra shoes for that customer so if I send him a WhatsApp message with the sizes I want he will check if that order doesn't have, I did that,he rep**** no stock. Then I referred him to the story he did not respond. When I was there a certain lady said she came to buy because her husband who works at the warehouse in Hammersdale told her that they delivered the shoes a day ago, when I told the manager that he ignored me. I spoke to Anele again he said he will do a follow up until today they all have not gotten back to me. Please help I need those shoes.My contacts are ********** 251
