Struggled to find Tomy takkies size 12 for girls. Ordered online, got excellent service from Mandy at H/O who sent photos and without me asking, checked the status of the order because we needed them urgently for an event.

Bad service easy to buy difficult to exchange
I bought shoes December 2025 they are delivered but the school shoes was small I had to apply for exchange online two weeks know waiting for response the school are even open my child is going to school with old shoes still waiting for response nothing another week again waiting 😏😏

Terrible Customer service
You guys need to find another courier company as Fastway is not even slow but terrible, why are you allowing us to select home delivery when you just going to say that my place is dangerous but other big brands delivers straight to my door. I ordered two pairs of shoes on the 29th of December and you promised to deliver by the 12th January but to date I have not received my order imagine the embarrassment as a parent where my kids went to school with their old small sized shoes. The driver attempted to deliver but told me that I need to walk about 2km just to get my order worst their Pretoria line does not go through this pathetic. This is painful and uncalled for just disable home delivery once.
