Unhappy with Quality of Shoes

I purchased a pair of size 9 Bata Slip in shoes.<br> After a week, the inner part of the right hand side shoe became loose, so my socks became stuck to the glue.<br> So i decide to just keep on pulling it back and stick it again, was planning on buying a new inner from Dis chem.<br> Now after two weeks, i did not buy the inners, decide to take it back to Bata in Tygervalley. Pride tells me that now he cannot take it back, because it has been more than 14 Days as stated on my Receipt. Now i am uspset, because i want my money back, after a long discussion, they gave me a new pair. This was yesterday 22.02.2015 Sunday. Today for the first time, i put my new shoes on, i am at work, walking up and down and would you believe it, These NEW shoes make a hissing noise as i walk, left one and right one! It irritates the you know what out of me, and i am still not satisfied with the purchase of their Bata brand. I want my money Back.
