sub standard quality

purchased a pair oif shoes on the 10th jan 16 from the store in musgrave and registered to be a member of their club. on the 13/03/16 i took the pair of shoes back to the store in killarney as the sole was already worn out<br> the assisitance manager in persistant that she needs a proof of purchase yet i told her i had no intention to return the shoe but i did register the purchase on their loyalty progamme as if she checked she would find the proof of purchase as it was the only purchase that i made but she refused to do so. <br> <br> JUST WANT TO WARN BATA QUALITY AND SERVICE IS NOT AS IT USED TO BE
