shoes uncomfortable and hurting

hi<br> <br> on the 14th of March I bought shoes form Bata Musgrave Centre I fitted the size and took them home. On the following Monday I wore them at work for the 1st time, on my way to work the shoes were very uncomfortable and were pinching and hurting my toes and heels. When I got to work I took them out because I could not stand the pain. On the following weekend I took them back to the shop, and complained the lady working there her name is Mandisa told me she cannot change for me she will wait for the manager to look at them as i have already worn them. She kept them and she said she will give me a call when the manager has seen them. She called me after 2 weeks and told me that the manager refused to exchange the shoes or refund me. . I cannot were shoes that are hurting and bruising me and what I cannot understand is that how am I suppose to feel the shoes if are corfortable except by walking with them a distance as they say they cannot take them as it has been worn. I'm not happy happy I need my money back.
