RUDE

I went to Bata Shoes in Westgate on Saturday 11.7.2015 with the intention of buying kids shoes. I was assisted by a sales lady (did not get her name) who was very rude and unhelpful. I was first attending to my youngest sons shoes. I requested her to get me a size 9 shoe for my son. She brought me a size 10 as there was no size 9 in stock. I fitted the shoe on for my kid and it was a bit small however his foot went into the the shoe. I asked if she could get me a size 11 not 10 she rudely informed me that the shoe fits and that I should just take it. I insisted that I needed a size 11 in two different types of shoes. She then brought me size 2x size 11's in one only one of the requested shoes. I informed her that I wanted size 11 in the other type of shoe as well to which she told me I am making her life difficult as she has to keep going to have to search for shoes. I informed her that if she had listened she would not have gotten the request wrong as I was specific. She then went to her Store Manager to complain about me quite loudly that other customers could hear. I then confronted them about their bad attitudes and service to which the manager just gave me a dirty look.
