Reckless with customers parcel!

I'm very disappointed in the service delivery of Toughees sa and fastway. The following complaint was sent to them via email and fb page on Wednesday last week if I'm not mistaken and I haven't received any communication from them since.

I just want to express my deepest disappointment to your company,I find your way of service delivery very disappointing and unprofessional!...I received a message that my parcel was out for delivery and I waited the whole day only to receive a knock on my door from a neighbor to hand me my parcel,with no further communication nor phone call! What is the meaning of this??? If this is how you operate then I'm afraid I won't do business with you! This is unsafe as I didn't sign anywhere to confirm that I received my package.! Please address this with the courier company fastway!
