Poor Service & Poor Quality

Extremely poor service received at the Galleria Bata store. Furthermore the shoes that I purchased from there only lasted a few months when the soles just fell off and the artificial leather started flaking. Terrible quality. Will not purchase products from their store's again. #BlackFriday
