Poor service Bata shoes

I have purchased a pair of veld boots from a store in Uitenhage. After 2 times of wearing these shoes the leather started disintegrating from the inside. When contacting the rep Adele she informed me that their is no claim on the shoes,they have not even collected the shoes the assessment was done on a picture. Since the 21st of September i have had no joy. Every time i contact her she has a different answer and she told me that bata does not cover the leather of the shoes because they do not manifacture the leather so i do not understand so actually they dont garuantee anything of the shoe because they manifacture nothing they use on the shoes. I just left the shoes at the people where i purchased the shoes. I wil never purchase a bata product again due to poor poor service.
